How to setting wifi for BMW ICOM A2

here we share the methods of setting wifi for bmw icom a2
1.we buy the high quality BMW icom a2 with AR9160 from xcar360


preparation: 

Once WiFi card has been plug-in i still couldn't see any wifi setting but once my ICOM Been rebooted via

http://169.254.92.38:60080/ (in my case, Firmware 3.10.39 and below) It showed up again but did not allowed me too change any setting
since




address is different for configuration http://169.254.92.38:58000/?CountryCode=DE

Note of Advise
once you are at new address Make sure too change from ISPI to ISTA-NEXT (where you can Change your ICOM Name as well and chose a Color)

Then go too Wlan-Settings and setup-up your WiFi Configs

I tired connecting via AdHoc but couldn't connect.... (I'll try it once again and post an update)

WiFI/WLAN connects automatically upon boot if LAN Cable is not been plug-in
If

Lan Cable is been plug-in WiFi/WLAN stops working and reboot required for WLAN too Start working again

2. second methods

use virtual wifi router to setting wifi connect

1. install a virtual wifi router .
run it
then copy the ssid and pass

2. setting the wifi of ICOM same as virtual wifi router
connect via LAN cable
enter
http://169.254.92.38:58000/?CountryCode=DE 
change from ISPI to ISTA-NEXT 

then setting WLAN MODEL to WAP-personal 
SSID and password same as virtual wifi router


3.unplug lan cable reboot BWM ICOM

4. the ICOM connect laptop!
